Who should not be taking a sauna bath?

We strongly do not recommend people that have existing medical conditions, especially heart or respiratory conditions to be using the barrel sauna. Women who are pregnant should not be using the sauna either. We also do not recommend alcohol consumption while in the sauna or people who are intoxicated.

Can I pay cash upon pick-up?

Yes you can but you will need to contact us to make the arrangement and we will require a 50% deposit upfront to confirm the booking.

What is the pick-up and drop-off time?

The pick-up time is 12pm on the day of hirage and the drop-off time is before 10am the next day.

What happens if I'm late to drop off the sauna?

If for any reason you will be late to dropping off the sauna please contact us in advance to discuss otherwise there will be a fine of $100 per hour that it is late.

If I want to buy a PERO SAUNA, how long is the turn around time?
